Here at Airport Taxi, Limo & Shuttle of New Bern, a family owned and operated local business, we service our community and airport patrons 24/7 365 days a year! Reservations are highly recommended. We pick you up, load your luggage and bring you right to the Terminal door with plenty of time to spare. With that in mind please allow yourself at least 2 hours for airport check in, when booking your reservation, especially when checking luggage. Due to the vast amount of construction in our area and other areas we service, adding an additional 30 minutes for travel time is always a great option!

POLICIES/PROCEDURES:
1. 20% Gratuity will be added to all commercial account bookings, special events and trips requiring out of town service.
2. All bookings are subject to wait time charges which begin 5 minutes after scheduled pick up or immediately on additional stops ( rate based on vehicle size) and additional stop fees ( rate based on vehicle size).
3. Clients authorize ATLS of New Bern to store credit card information and apply any additional fees to be charged to their credit card on file by ATLS of New Bern. This consent is given by credit card holder when placing a reservation online, by phone or as a walk up at EWN.
4.Vehicle Damages will be charged based on actual costs of damages and amount of time vehicle is out of service due to damages caused by client and charged to the credit card on file.
